Upcoming Experience Updates

Once the dates and the details are set, we will send you an email.

If you sign up, we will send you information about the Table-Style Sado Experience, the Family Matcha Experience in a Tatami Room, and the Matcha Experience in a Tatami Room for Visitors to Japan. The Table-Style Sado Experience uses chairs and tables; the other two are held in a tatami room.

About the Sign-Up Form

This form collects only two items: your email address, and the language you would like updates in (Japanese or English).

This form does not collect your name, your age, information about children, or payment information.

What This Sign-Up Means

This sign-up is not a booking. Signing up does not confirm your participation or any purchase. It is not a promise of when the experiences will start. We do not collect payment information.

Once the dates are set, we will send the information to the email address you register.

If you would like to take part, please apply through the booking form we will send you at that time. This application is a provisional booking. Your booking is not complete when you submit the form.

We check the provisional booking and then send a confirmation email. Your booking is complete when that email is sent.

The fee has not been decided yet. We will let you know the details before you apply, when we start taking bookings for each session.

Handling of Your Registration Information

We use the email address and the preferred language you register to send you information about upcoming experiences and to manage your registration.

We keep this information until you ask us to remove your registration. Two people responsible for operations at Edogawa Digital & Culture Works manage this information.

If you would like to remove your registration, reply to one of our update emails and let us know. After that, we delete your registration details.
